Breakfast should have hot options. Rate was very high compared to others of higher quality. Laundry out of order at time of stay.

I had a great three-night stay in a recently renovated room with a bathroom, fridge, and two double beds; the staff was incredibly accommodating, and everything about the place was exceptional!

Location: the hotel was just next door to many different activities and places and Newport.

The staff was friendly. The free snacks and free breakfast were good. The hotel was updated and clean.

The walls were too thin. You could hear people in other rooms speaking in a normal voice.

Very very nice area, central location short walk to Newport and shops and beaches. Plenty of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Brand-new rooms with the bathroom and fridge, as example, attentive staff. Plenty of options for breakfast in the lobby.

I had an amazing three-night stay with friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and convenient amenities like extra towels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Some of the staff was really helpful and that was very cool. I love the outside landscaping and that there was an Applebee's in walking distance. The pool is fantastic, just the perfect temperature. The shuttle is fantastic as well. Very convenient and the driver was very, very kind and informative.

The inner curtains in our room (the plastic ones) were dirty and torn. I mean REALLY dirty. And certain areas around the bathroom looked as though they had not been renovated with the rest of the hotel.

It seems newly renovated and lobby looks fantastic. Breakfast was great, very attentive staff.

Sauna didn't work. It got fixed by my request but too late to enjoy it (closing at 10pm) Water in swimming pool was a little less transparent than expected.

The rooms here are peaceful and feature spacious bathrooms along with comfortable, sizable beds.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

One reception clerk was not very helpful.

Greatly enjoyed fairly quiet and fantastic rooms.

The continental breakfast I ordered was satisfactory.
